Sir, My dad read an article in the FT by a man called Michael Skapinker ("Remember the little ones at the bottom, October 14) and thought that there was a mistake. When he got home he asked me to check it.
When I was little, I loved Dr Seuss books, particularly Yertle the Turtle . However, I would like to correct you and say that the turtle at the bottom of the pyramid that Mr Skapinker mentions was actually called Mack - Yertle was the king and the one at the top.
My dad keeps saying that in these difficult times, getting information right is very important. I hope this is helpful.
