Comments

Eldad Y.

It is a shame that Mr. Shultz is now being reviled as a soulless corporate monster when his intentions started out as noble. Sure Starbucks may not please the real coffee aficionado due to their brewing methods and current reliance on automatic machines. Yet overall they have done a remarkable job in spreading the coffee culture to so many parts of the world.

It's time that we vindicate Mr. Shultz for his role in spreading coffee and establishing a business model that many are unable to emulate. McDonalds, doesn't serve the best burger in the world either, but there are plenty of reasons business schools teach their principles.
